Why does my mage have such low Spell Power?

I´m just wondering is this some sort of bug or something? My mage is full epic with 4k GearScore, he has 3 T7 and 1 T7.5. And STILL my Spell Power is 1.5k! My DPS is 1.5k too! How is this possible? Am I just the worst mage alive or is it something else? Talent point; 59/0/12. Spell cycle; Arcane Blast, Arcane Barrage, Arcane Missiles mostly. Just stocked meta gem into my mage too. But wth is wrong with my mage, why does it have such low Spell Power and DPS? Picture to prove it;

good mages r dpsing 3500... my arena partner Skorch is full t7.5, kt sword, etc and he hits 8k minimum...

im priest im full t7.5 too and with kts mace... my favourite spec is shadow.. i have with my own buffs 2606 shadow spell power.. the thing is that shadowpriests r bugged.. i hit 2100 with mind blast.. and if u see only the spell has to take aroun 1200 plus my sp is 3800 common.. shdowpriest r bugged in everything.. fear misses...
dots dont crit... dispersion goes away with dmg.. spell power doesnt affect spells.. ..,. in bc i was a "OwnerShadowPriest" but now i am defeated by any murloc..lol

and the @$%&!"°|&/()=?¡ of Marcelo never fixes us..

do you have sp enchants?
stack all available slots with +sp gems

rotation:
ablast(3x)->abarrage->amissles(if procc'ed)
use evocation or mana gems when mana is halfed

this should increase your dps
